We are pleased to announce that the 10th Annual Cochrane
Canada Symposium will be held in Winnipeg, Manitoba, at
the Fairmont Winnipeg, 2 Lombard Place on: 

9 - 10 May 2012

The final PROGRAM is now available.

Remember--we will only be providing you with an
electronic version of the full program at the
Symposium. If you need to print portions,
please do so in advance and bring them with you.

A handy quad-fold program at a glance will be provided.

Simultaneous translation from English to French will be available during

Dinner and Social Event

Included in your registration is a dinner and evening of entertainment on
Wednesday May 9th, beginning at 6:30pm.  We are pleased to announce
that Folklorama will be providing the entertainment for this year’s social
event as they highlight Winnipeg’s unique cultural diversity. Please join us
in the Midway Ballroom at the Fairmont Winnipeg for this exciting event.
A cash bar will also be available.

This event is an Accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1) as 

defined by the Maintenance of the Certification Program of The Royal
College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and approved by the
University of Manitoba for a maximum of 12 credits.

This program meets the accreditation criteria of the College of Family
Physicians of Canada and has been accredited for up to 12
Mainpro-M1 credits.

Participants should only claim credit for the actual number of hours
attended.

The CPD department does not provide applications for educational
credits for other disciplines.
